We like to think our cabins in the woodlands are a great retreat for you and your partner. It is a home away from home our returning guests say. Our woodland cabins have a pleasant feel to them with their open planned design and abundance of natural sunlight and nearness to nature with no televisions or wifi in the woods; you feel part of the natural surroundings.
These are very distinctive features of our woodland log cabins that make it ideal to rent from us and escape from the daily hustle and bustle. If you are looking for somewhere that provides romantic woodland cabin breaks or any of this resonates with you. Here are the fifteen features about our woodland retreat that we think sets us apart.
There is a kitchen where you can prepare your meals with fittings and utensils such as kettle, mini cooker, and two ring hobs that makes cooking easy.
There is an open planned seating area where you can have your meals and lookout over the woodland or should you choose to eat alfresco in the warmer months out on the deck.
The bedroom area has a handcrafted raised king-sized bed with adequate underneath storage to stow away your bags and suitcases.
For an improved sanitary experience in our log cabins, our bathrooms are fitted with showers, a water closet, and washbasin. Luxury shower gel and soaps are additional finishing touches that we hope make your stay memorable and comfortable.
We give you a peaceful and quiet environment in the remote parts of the woodlands away from the noise and disturbances of daily life.
If you need to visit the pub in the locale for any reason quickly, then proximity is our friend as it is a stone’s throw away and within walking distance. Remember to bring your torch on the walk back in the winter months.
The local pub, which is within walking distance, offers excellent ales and hot meals if you need it. There is also a selection of food establishments in South Molton, a pub in Kings Nympton, Chumleigh and surronding areas if your feeling adventurous.
When you need anything from grocery supplies to any other items you might want to purchase, then you can check out the Market town of South Molton just on the Exmoor borders.
The coast is only 30 minutes away, and you could visit for sight-seeing and exploring.
